- Cancel during the year and you can ask for a refund of unused months. Each lab panel or provider visit used counts as 3 months, each refunded month is paid back at your monthly rate minus $35, and any plan-price savings on month-to-month therapies that year are taken off.

Payment
I agree that my Optimize Membership is billed $1,079.00 plus a 3% service fee ($1,111.37) today for 12 months, and then every 12 months until I cancel. I'll get a reminder before each renewal. I can cancel anytime online in Billing in my account, or by emailing support@optimize-hp.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and I keep access until the end of the year I've paid for. If I cancel, I can ask for a refund of unused months. Each blood test or provider visit I've had (whichever is more) uses up 3 months of my year, and each refunded month is paid back at the rate I paid ($89.92) minus a $35 refund fee, within 30 days. As an annual member, I pay the plan price on every therapy, with no 3-month minimum or early-cancel fee. If I ask for a refund, any month-to-month savings I used this year are subtracted.
