Your provider is a licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, or PA). They read your labs, make every clinical decision, and decide whether a therapy is right for you. Your wellness consultant keeps the plan moving: scheduling, check-ins, sleep, nutrition and training habits. They work together, and consultants never make clinical decisions.

Then you don't start it. Your provider reviews your intake and labs and may recommend a different path, or none. If a provider says it's not right for you, you pay nothing. The membership pays for the care itself (labs, visits, your consultant), not for a prescription.

Lab results usually arrive 2 to 4 business days after your draw. If a therapy is prescribed, pharmacy orders usually arrive in 5 to 12 business days, in plain packaging.

Most people start on Optimize Membership: quarterly labs, quarterly provider visits, and a wellness consultant. Concierge is by invitation, for people who want provider access whenever they need it.
