This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy”) supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies where required by state law to “Consumer Health Data” (as defined by law). For example, this policy does not apply to protected health information subject to HIPAA; our Notice of Privacy Practices governs HIPAA-covered information. In case of any conflict, this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy controls only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
