What is the difference between a Wellness Consultant and a Provider?

Your Wellness Consultant is your dedicated accountability partner — they coordinate logistics, build your lifestyle protocol, and keep everything moving. Your Provider is a licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, or PA) who makes clinical decisions, interprets labs, and determines any medical care. They work together, but their roles are distinct.

What does my membership include?

Your membership includes a dedicated Wellness Consultant, 5 telehealth Provider visits per year, 4 comprehensive biomarker panels per year with all lab fees included, a personalized lifestyle protocol, member platform access, and concierge clinical coordination. Medications are not included — if prescribed, medication payments are collected by Optimize. Your Provider determines any clinical plan based on their independent medical judgment.

How do I cancel?
