A wellness consultant assigned when you join, four telehealth visits a year with your licensed provider, and four blood panels a year with the lab fees included. We schedule the visits and follow up on your plan. Medications aren't included: if your provider prescribes one, it's priced separately and you see the price before you pay.

Your provider is a licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, or PA). They read your labs, make every clinical decision, and decide whether a therapy is right for you. Your wellness consultant keeps the plan moving: scheduling, check-ins, sleep, nutrition and training habits. They work together, and consultants never make clinical decisions.

Yes. Optimize Health & Performance is LegitScript certified. Care is delivered by independent licensed providers in the states where they practice, every prescription follows a real review of your intake, and therapies ship from licensed US pharmacies.

Then you don't start it. Your provider reviews your intake and labs and may recommend a different path, or none. If a provider says it's not right for you, you pay nothing. The membership pays for the care itself (labs, visits, your consultant), not for a prescription.

Lab results usually arrive 2 to 4 business days after your draw. If a therapy is prescribed, pharmacy orders usually arrive in 5 to 12 business days, in plain packaging.

For most therapies, at checkout. Your order is held while a licensed provider reviews your intake (plus a short video visit if your state requires one). If they don't approve, it's refunded in full, automatically. GLP-1 therapies start with a short quiz: pre-qualify and it works the same way. If the quiz sends you to provider review, your card is saved at $0 and charged only when a provider approves. If they don't, nothing is charged.

Your therapy is billed monthly at the plan price. 3-month minimum: cancel before month 3 and it's $35 for each month left. No fee after that. No fee before your first shipment is delivered, or if your provider stops your therapy. After that you can cancel anytime online.

Month to month costs 1.5 times the plan price, at least $35 more. It renews monthly (Tirzepatide/B12 every 4 weeks) with no minimum, and you can cancel anytime online with no fees. Cancelling stops the next charge. The 3-month plan is at least 1/3 off month to month.

$149.99 a month month to month, $120 a month on quarterly, or $1,079 a year ($89.92 a month), plus a 3% service fee on each payment. Quarterly: billed monthly. Your first 3 months are committed: cancel early and your charges and access continue to the end of month 3. With a code, quarterly is $99.99 a month. Through Nov 26, a code also gives $99.99/mo month to month, with no commitment, for as long as you stay. After that, codes apply to quarterly only. Rate locked for life on annual. Concierge is $2,700 a year, by invitation.
