Medication and supplies are billed separately. Plan pricing covers lab panels, provider visits, consultant access, and the benefits listed above. Your protocol is prescribed only after bloodwork and a visit with a licensed provider — nothing is guaranteed in advance.
Membership benefits accrue. On monthly and quarterly billing, one lab panel and one provider visit unlock per completed quarter. On annual billing, all four are available immediately. Unused benefits expire at the end of your term.
