Your wellness consultant
The person who keeps your plan moving between provider visits.
Your consultant ties it all together: they schedule what your provider orders, help you build habits around the plan, and check in so it actually happens. They aren't your provider, a trainer, a therapist, or a pharmacist. They're the person you text when you're not sure what's next.
What your consultant does
Gets you started: what to expect from your membership and what's included.
Handles the logistics: labs, provider visits, follow-ups, shipments.
Explains in plain language what your bloodwork measures and what your provider's plan means.
Helps you build daily habits around the plan: nutrition, training, sleep, recovery.
Keeps you accountable: four short check-ins a year, plus texting in between.
Sends clinical questions straight to your provider.
What your consultant won't do, and why
Clear lines keep your care safe. Anything clinical belongs to your provider.
Diagnose anything, ever.
Recommend or advise against specific medications, including which ones to "ask your provider about."
Advise on dosing: how much, how often, or timing with other medications.
Interpret labs clinically (we can explain what HDL is; we don't tell you your HDL is concerning).
Manage symptoms or side effects. Those go directly to your provider.
Tell you how to take your prescription. That's your provider's call.

How the handoff to your provider works
When a question is clinical (symptoms, dosing, side effects, what a lab result means for you, medication concerns), your consultant doesn't guess. They send it straight to your provider.
Your consultant stays in the loop and makes sure the answer gets back to you. Two people, each doing their own job.
Free, and no card needed. Meet a consultant and ask anything.
