Complete Your Intake

After enrolling, you'll receive a set of health and lifestyle questionnaires. These help your Wellness Consultant understand your history, goals, and where you're starting from — so your program is built around you from day one.

Comprehensive Diagnostics

Your Wellness Consultant helps schedule a comprehensive biomarker panel. One panel per quarter is included with your membership. If you have recent blood work (within 90 days) that covers enough biomarkers, you can use that to expedite the process and get to your provider sooner.

Meet Your Provider

Once your diagnostics are in, you'll have a telehealth consultation with your provider. They'll review your results, determine your clinical plan, and outline the path forward. All clinical services are included in your membership.

Ongoing Care & Coordination

After your provider visit, your Wellness Consultant takes over coordination. They review your plan, help you get started, place orders for any prescribed products, track shipments, and keep you informed every step of the way. Regular check-ins keep you accountable and on track.
