The membership: labs first

Start your membership

$149.99 a month. Plus a 3% service fee on each payment. Your wellness consultant is assigned the day you join, and your member account opens right away.

  • Cancel from Billing in your account, or text your care team. Month-to-month membership stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Quarterly membership and therapy plans have a 3-month minimum; leaving a therapy plan early has a small fee for each month left, shown before you buy. No fee before your first shipment is delivered, or if your provider stops your therapy.

Get your labs

Your consultant schedules a blood panel at a lab near you. One panel a quarter is included. Have results from the last 90 days? If they cover enough, you can use them and see your provider sooner.

Meet your provider

A video visit with a licensed provider who has read your labs. They make every clinical decision, including whether any therapy is right for you.

Keep going, with someone in your corner

Your consultant walks you through the plan, places any orders your provider prescribed, tracks shipments, and checks in. Clinical questions go straight to your provider.
