When am I charged, and what if I'm not approved?

If they don't approve, it's refunded in full, automatically. If your provider already approved you for another therapy and that approval covers this one, nothing is held. GLP-1 therapies start with a short quiz: pre-qualify and it works the same way. If the quiz sends you to provider review, your card is saved at $0 and charged only when a provider approves. If they don't, nothing is charged.
