NAD+ & Injectables
NAD+ Injection
A licensed provider approves before anything ships.
NAD+ is the coenzyme your cells use to make energy — and levels fall with age. This 500 mg lyophilized injection is prescribed after a licensed provider consult. $150, refunded in full if you're not approved.
Compounded by a US-licensed partner pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as brand-name medications.
$150/mo
Plus a 3% service fee and any state tax at checkout.
3-month minimum: cancel before month 3 and it's $35 for each month left. No fee after that.

How this works
- Prescribed for youA US-licensed provider reviews your history before anything is filled, and decides whether it's right for you.
- Filled for your prescriptionFilled for your prescription by a licensed US pharmacy (a 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility) and shipped to you.
- LegitScript certifiedIndependently checked for safe, legal telehealth practice. See our certification
- Not approved? You pay nothingIf the provider doesn't approve it, it's refunded in full automatically.
What “not FDA-approved” means: compounded medicines are made by a licensed pharmacy and filled for an individual prescription. The FDA doesn't review compounded medicines for safety, effectiveness or quality before they're dispensed, the way it reviews approved drugs. Your provider decides whether one is right for you.
What you should know
What it is
+−
NAD+ is a molecule found in every living cell that helps turn food into energy. (The full name is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide.) NAD+ therapy, taken under medical supervision, is commonly used to support energy, mental clarity, and healthy-aging goals. This 500 mg injection comes as a freeze-dried powder, compounded by a licensed US pharmacy. It's prescribed only after your licensed provider confirms it's right for you. Nothing ships until then, and you're refunded in full if they don't approve.
Who it's for
+−
Afternoon energy crashes are becoming your default. Recovery from training (or late nights) takes longer than it used to. You're building a longevity routine and want medical guidance. You want a provider-supervised NAD+ protocol, not a gray-market vial.
How is this different from an NAD+ supplement at the store?
+−
Over-the-counter precursors vary widely in quality and absorption. Optimize's NAD+ injection is prescribed and supervised by a licensed provider, with dosing selected for you and delivered from a licensed US pharmacy.
Do I need blood work first?
+−
No. NAD+ therapy at Optimize requires only a brief telehealth consult with a licensed provider — no labs, no membership.

How do therapy plans work?
+−
Your therapy is billed monthly at the plan price. 3-month minimum: cancel before month 3 and it's $35 for each month left. No fee after that. No fee before your first shipment is delivered, or if your provider stops your therapy. After that you can cancel anytime online.
When am I charged, and what if I'm not approved?
+−
For most therapies, at checkout. Your order is held while a licensed provider reviews your intake (plus a short video visit if your state requires one). If they don't approve, it's refunded in full, automatically. If your provider already approved you for another therapy and that approval covers this one, nothing is held. GLP-1 therapies start with a short quiz: pre-qualify and it works the same way. If the quiz sends you to provider review, your card is saved at $0 and charged only when a provider approves. If they don't, nothing is charged.
Do I need a membership to order a therapy?
+−
No. Shop therapies need only a short online intake and, where your state requires it, a brief video visit with a licensed provider. No membership and no blood work. The membership is for people who want quarterly labs, four provider visits a year, and a wellness consultant who stays with them.
Is Optimize legitimate?
+−
Yes. Optimize Health & Performance is LegitScript certified. Care is delivered by independent licensed providers in the states where they practice, every prescription is authorized by a licensed provider, and therapies ship from licensed US pharmacies.
What's the catch? Are there other fees?
+−
Here's every one. A 3% service fee on each payment (it's a service fee, not a card surcharge), state tax where it applies, and $25 shipping on product orders under $199.99. Bundle specials include the fee and ship free; first-month intro offers add the fee and pay shipping like any other order. Medications and blood panels beyond the four included are priced separately, and you see every price before you pay.
